What experience do you have participating on committees, within or outside the Wikimedia movement?
I have been part of several committees in the Wikimedia movement, including the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4CBC) and the Board Elections Committee. In these roles, I have worked on creating rules, engaging with the community, and overseeing elections. Also, as a steward for Wikimedia projects, I have learned a lot about how the community works and makes decisions. My time in these committees has given me a good understanding of the different needs and challenges in the Wikimedia community."
What skills, experience, or perspective would you bring or contribute to the committee, if appointed?
I would bring my experience in managing community rules and supporting fair decision-making to the committee. My previous commitments has taught me how to handle disagreements, enforce rules, and support the community. I have learned to understand and address the different views and problems in our community. This background would help me contribute effectively to the committee's work.
Is there any other pertinent information that you would like us to take into account when reviewing your application?
As a volunteer, I helped with starting the Wikimedia Turkey User Group, Wikimedia Stewards User Group, and Wikimedians of Turkic Languages User Group. Working with these different groups has taught me a lot about the needs and ways of working of various communities.

What do you think are the benefits and responsibilities of functioning as formal affiliates, and when is a group of Wikimedians ready to form an affiliate?
Affiliates are very important because they help spread the work of the Wikimedia movement. They bring local ideas, start special projects, and get the community involved. Affiliates need to follow Wikimedia's values, make sure everyone can join in, and use their resources well. A group of Wikimedians should become an affiliate when they have a good reason that matches Wikimedia's goals, can work well together, and have a plan that will last.
Please describe your experience working with conflict resolution, and how you have helped build consensus and support diversity.
I have regularly dealt with conflict resolution. I've helped solve disagreements and brought different views together to reach common decisions that work for the whole community.
