What experience do you have participating on committees, within or outside the Wikimedia movement?
WITHIN WIKIMEDIA MOVEMENT
I am working as leader and hub coordinator in IG WIKI-COMMONS HUB, I plan and execute different projects and meet up within the local hub to help volunteers editors on the Wikimedia space.
I am working as a team member of the Igala Wikimedia Community to see our Wikipedia come out of incubator, I am in charge of technical and logistics.
I worked with the Wiki Loves Africa project team in the Igbo Wikimedia User Group during the Wiki Loves Africa contest 2023, I was in charge of community and communications.
I lead the committee the planned and executed WPWP campaign 2023 in my local Wikimedia community Igbo Wikimedians User Group
OUTSIDE WIKIMEDIA MOVEMENT
I worked with my Community Development Service (CDS) group committee during my National Youth Service in Nigeria, I was in charge of organizing awareness and I was involved in public speaking and delivering of lectures during awareness on Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA).
I work with a student fellowship committee during Higher National Diploma in Nigeria and I was in charge of media and publicity.

I am also open to learn, unlearn and relearn. I source for new knowledge within and outside the Wikimedia movement everyday and I am also fast in learning

What do you think are the benefits and responsibilities of functioning as formal affiliates, and when is a group of Wikimedians ready to form an affiliate?
Wikimedia movement affiliates exist to further the goals of Wikimedia. Depending on their affiliation model, they do so by engaging in a wide range of activities such as promoting the Wikimedia projects so that new and different people join them or use them, investigating and negotiating partnerships on a moral or financial basis to support the Wikimedia projects, promoting Free Content and wiki culture in their respective scope, helping outside organizations use Wikimedia content, possibly for their own benefit, e.t.c.
A group of Wikimedians can form an affiliate when they are ready to:
Comply with movement policies and governing principles,
Organize offline and online activities to support Wikimedia.
Maintain expertise within group's scope that is accessible to Wikimedia community, etc.
Please describe your experience working with conflict resolution, and how you have helped build consensus and support diversity.
I experienced one during my service in a student fellowship, the two parties involved in the conflict were called and both party was asked what happened and they both explained and from their explanation the conflict was resolved and both parties were told what each of them should have done better.
