| In your ideal world, what does the affiliate model and ecosystem look like? | Wow, one where there is increased collaboration between affiliates and more "vertical" than "horzontal" growth; one where we understand there is cake for everyone, we just need to learn to share and teach others how to share, regardless of our personal differences | |
| In your ideal world, what are AffCom’s roles and responsibilities in relation to the movement and affiliates? | For me, the AffCom should be that steward that welcomes you, the affiliate, into the Wikimedia ecosystem, helps you take your first, baby steps and and is there to advise you on how to walk straight and avoid the little stones on the way; one that will help cool down any heated discussion and ensure that we are all on the same page and agree on how to move forward, like adults. But also the one who will warn you of something you are doing wrong but will sit down with you to help you correct the situation and will learn with you and from you | |
| What role within AffCom are you most interested in: advisory or voting member? | Unfortunately, I have some personal projects that require my dedication, so I don't have enough time to continue as a full voting member, but I'd love to continue supporting the committee as an advisor if needed | |
