Considering that:

• The appointment terms of the chair and treasurer are nearing their end while the vice-chair position is vacant;

• In accordance with section II of the Rules of Procedure of this Committee, it shall be presided over by a chairperson and a vice-chair, both appointed by resolution;

• Disbursement of the Committee's budget shall be overseen and monitored by a treasurer appointed by resolution;

• An election procedure has been carried out and as a result, three members have been elected to occupy those appointments.

It is hereby resolved that:

Bence Damokos is appointed as Chair, Carlos Colina as Vice-Chair and María Sefidari as Treasurer of this Committee for a one-year term from 12 March, 2013 to 31 March, 2014 or until their resignation.
