Affiliations Committee/Resolutions/Officer selection 2013 B – July 2013/ja

以下を決議する

Considering that:

• María Sefidari will be joining the WMF Board of Trustees in August;

• Disbursement of the Committee's budget shall be overseen and monitored by a Treasurer appointed by resolution;

• An election procedure has been carried out and as a result a member has been elected to occupy that appointment.

Salvador Alcántar is appointed as Treasurer of this Committee for a one-year term from 18 July, 2013 to 18 July, 2014 or until his resignation or until a new Treasurer is appointed.
