December was a busy month for Wikimedians of Albanian Language UG. There were 3 big events happening related to WikiEducation GLAM and Outreach.

After the meeting with around 50 teachers in Tirana, we were invited to have 2 workshops in 2 highschools in Vau i Dejes dhe Berat by the teachers participating at the introduction about WikiEducation in Tirana. The first workshop in Vau i Dejes there were around 30 participants including 3 teachers. In Berat were around same number of students. We still keep the follow up with the ones who are still editing mostly on Wikidata and Wikipedia. Also, we are aiming to start our first WikiClub till March.

In collaboration with Harry Potter Fans Club Albania, we organized our first Harry Potter workshop ː) Fun factː All the articles related to Harry Potter in Albania Wikipedia are very good articles, and 3 of them are featured.

The workshop about communism in Albania was one of the most interesting ones that we have ever organized. There were around 100 people attending the event on facebook page and more than 40 people completed the form to participate. The event was organized in collaboration with AIDSSH (Authority for Information on the former State Security documents) and the venue was in the AIDSSH office. This event had a lot of media coverage and one of the most active participants, was the general director of AIDSSH Mrs. Genta Sula. There are many events scheduled during 2019 as part of our collaboration with AIDSSH.

We are finalizing our memorandum with Historical Museum of Albania ː) and hopefully in February we will have our first event as part of this collaboration.
