MediaWiki Training or MWT is a residential training program. The program attempts to groom technical leadership skills among the Indian Wikimedia community members. The second iteration of MWT will be held between 24-26 February.

Objectives
editCIS-A2K is conducting this training program to
- Create awareness about MediaWiki.
- Explore technicalities of Indic Language Wikis.
- Helping volunteers in creating bots.
- To create and grow tech leadership in Indic language communities.
Points to note
editWho can apply
edit- Any active Wikimedian working with the technical of aspects such as tools, scripts, gadgets, project cleanup of Indian Wikimedia communities is welcome to apply.
Support
edit- Travel support will be provided.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Food will be served following a participant's dietary preferences (veg, non-veg, vegan etc.)
Pre-event
edit- Pre-event works may be given.
- A candidate may need to inform their receptive language village pumps about their participation and pre-works.
Event
edit- All participants must come to the venue on 23 February and attend all the days of the program. Partial attendance won't be allowed.
- Participants are not allowed to bring friends or relatives to the event.
- All participants should bring their laptops. If you don't have a laptop please let us know.
