Launching of WikiProject Rivers with Tarun Bharat Sangh
editCIS-A2K has developed a partnership with Jalbiradari & Tarun Bharat Sangh (TBS) who have taken the initiative to build free knowledge repository on the water called ‘Jalbodh’ on Wikimedia platforms like Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, Wikisource and Wikidata. The pilot project of six months has been launched to document one river basin each in Rajasthan and Maharashtra. We are organizing training workshops to create content on Wikipedia and other projects. Launching of WikiProject Sangli Biodiversity with Birdsong
editCIS-A2K has started a WikiProject on Sangli Biodiversity documentation with the Birdsong organisation. This project envisages different phases. The first workshop in the series was conducted on 16 January 2022 in the Birdsong office at Sangli. In this workshop, the members started organising their data and knowledge about birds and butterflies in the Sangli region and uploading the same on Wikimedia Commons. Progress report
