Refers to skills, knowledge, and services. Skills are learned abilities, while knowledge is know-how related to specific competencies. Both skills and knowledge can be shared voluntarily or offered as compensated services.

In the CapX User Profile, you can find three instances of capacities:

Known Capacities

Skills or knowledge you are willing to share with peers voluntarily. If you possess a Capacity, you're a potential Sharer.

Available Capacities

Skills or knowledge you can provide to peers as a service. If you offer a Capacity, you're a potential Service provider.

Wanted Capacities

Skills, knowledge, or services you are seeking. If you are looking for a Capacity, you're a potential Learner.

Capacity Directory

A list of exchangeable skills, knowledge, and services, divided into different categories. The Capacity Directory provided by CapX is based on the Let’s Connect Skills Directory. Each listed Capacity is a Tag, linked to existing Wikidata items.
