Many of these articles will include criticisms of Wikipedia or somewhat uncommon points of view. That's necessary, since legal analysis involves mostly examining difficult cases and strange situations that may arise rarely and go far beyond copyright, e.g. libel, or those that arise commonly, e.g. use of Wikipedia articles by other projects or vice versa.

Some articles will have provocative names. That's good, because those take strong positions and are easier to contrast with other views. Meta isn't an encyclopedia, and many concepts you don't want to acknowledge will have to be at least discussed - provocative names help to ensure that happens.
