The Wikimedia Foundation is interested in partnerships with local or regional non-profit organizations. To become a partner,non-profit organizations must have a similar mission as the Wikimedia movement. They must also share the Foundation's values, mission, and ethics. Local non-for-profit organizations have practical knowledge and expertise in their geography and topic areas. The Foundation could work with these partners to create new programs and expand the reach of Wikimedia projects. With their expertise, non-profit organizations can help the Foundation reach its goals more efficiently. Do you support or oppose this kind of partnership?
