2FA and Huggle

Problem: Admins with two-factor authentication (2FA) cannot use Huggle. In wikis with a small number of admins this is a big issue - it means choosing between being very effective doing maintainance or securing admin accounts. A two-velocity system of admins develops, where those who use Huggle end up doing most of the work and others can't keep up.

Who would benefit: All admins in projects where Huggle is enabled.

Proposed solution: Make 2FA compatible with Huggle.
