Problem: There are some pages where it is important knowing when are edited (ex. Requests to administrators), and just adding them to the watchlist can slow down the response times.
Who would benefit: Patrollers, admins, other contributors.
Proposed solution: Making users able to create a list of pages that will send them a notification when edited.
I think it wouldn't be hard to add an option for watchlists to notify, but that would quickly overwhelm the notification system... --Izno (talk) 05:00, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It could be arranged in a two-tier system, with normal addition to watchlist working as currently and some specific pages in that list (to be selected by user) also appear as notification.--FAR (talk) 12:12, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
