Access to Wikidata from external (Media)Wikis

Problem: Wikidata should be accessible from non-wm wikis as well.

Deutsch: Es sollte ein Zugriff auf die Daten von Wikidata auch aus fremden Wikis möglich sein.

Who would benefit: MediaWikis hosted outside of WMF*infrastructure could use data from Wikidata in an easy way, which could otherwise foster to contribute to this project.

Deutsch: Viele Wikis in allen Sprachen außerhalb der Wikimediawelt hätten die Möglichkeit auf permanent aktuelle Daten.

Proposed solution: I think there is a need for a MediaWiki-extension which could easily {{#invoke}} data from Wikidata also in an wmf-external mediawiki. especially if an external wiki is already linked with Wikidata by an external-id property (e.g. P6228 or P8713) there should be a technical possibility to configurate the external wiki on which way the local wiki is linked to Wikidata. Let's say - use pageid (as used in P6228) or pageTitle (P8713) and a specific Property to look up for the corresponding Wikidata Item. This should happen in the background so an {{#invoke}} module for external mediawikis could parse the specific values from all the given statements and the linked item.
