Alert View

Problem: The android mobile app is unable to view "alerts" such as "need more sources", "tone", "reads like an advert", etc.
Proposed solution: Make the ability to view these alerts on mobile
Who would benefit: Mobile editors who look for alerts and try to fix them based on the alert
