haswbsitelink keyword

• Problem: Currently you can not find items with sitelinks to English Wikipedia but without English labels, or number of items with cebwiki sitelink and GeoNames ID (you can see the SPARQL queries at the linked Phabricator task, but both queries will time out).
• Proposed solution: add a haswbsitelink keyword similar to haswbstatement.
