Experiences and best practices from earlier work with content partnerships?
What are the main needs for working with partners?
What could a good support look like?

Notes:
Transcribe a lot of Punjabi books on Wikisource together with libraries.

There is a need for both knowledge and technology about digitization and the understanding of the benefits of Wikimedia platforms. More understanding and training on digitalisation. Work more with infrastructure and processes together with the partners.

Licenses are not very well known so one way to work is identify work in the public domain and start with them. Both wikimedians and the government have been supportive to this work.
