How do you work with content partnerships today?

WIR started to do online edit-a-thons. Doing longer and longer and more and more now. One running from 2017 and still going. Anyone can participate from where they are. Started doing events with partners right away, but not always the most important to have partners along. Working with universities to get them to donate images of professors and staff. Both getting them to upload single images but also larger collections. One way to change mindsets to get them to have pictures of leading academics on Wikipedia. Asking leads to getting the discussion on copyright going at universities. No staff and staying away from being an affiliate to avoid administrative overhead. What is your normal work process in collaborations with partners?

Are you having a work plan for new partners and collaborations?

What are your desired content partnerships in the future?

What are your needs for a successful work with partners?

What does the best support look like for a successful partnership?

Other questions or suggestions for people who would be interested in discussing these issues?
Wiki Edu. Wiki libraries. Looking at different databases with open APIs. Having the hub help connect data to Wikidata would be great. Help with getting “left over” work done after getting data or images from an institution or organization when WIR are not able to take care of things themselves.
