Requirements for articles

A new article should be created from July 1, 2019, 0:00 (UTC+04:00) to August 31, 2019, 23:59 (UTC+04:00; Georgia Time).
The article should consist of at least 150 words.
The article should indicate reliable and verifiable sources.
Each participant can win only in one category.
Participation for organizers and jury members is limited.

Requirements for users

All contestants must be registered and have an account in Wikimedia projects.
Article should be created by the contestant's username; an article, that is created from another username, cannot participate in contest.
All participants must have an active e-mail for the organizers to contact them.

Evaluation process

Articles will be judged not by the size, but by the quality of the article.
The jury may disqualify a participant for violating the principle of "fair play", in particular, for failing to create articles within a reasonable time frame (no more than 1 day after creation, at the final stage of the competition), for mass loading of previously prepared articles at any stage, as well as for any actions that prevent fair competition or mislead other participants.
