ESEAP Preparatory Council/2024 term extension vote
During ESEAP Conference 2024 in Kota Kinabalu, it was presented that the ESEAP Preparatory Council would require an extension of its mandate to complete the work required of them. The extension would be until the eventual formation of the ESEAP Hub Council, with a checkpoint during the ESEAP Strategy Summit 2025.
- Number of people eligible to vote in the room = 59 people
- Option 1 (extend mandate) = 36
- Option 2 (electing ESEAP Congress now) = 10
- Abstain = 7
- No vote = 6
The community resolves to extend the mandate of the ESEAP Preparatory Council.
