We are excited to share insights from the research project A Whole New World - Integration of New Editors into the Serbian Wikipedia Community, conducted by Wikimedia Serbia with the support of the Wikimedia Research Fund. This study explores the challenges and opportunities faced by newcomers as they become part of the Serbian Wikipedia ecosystem, shedding light on their experiences and the factors that influence their retention and engagement.
