 Wikimedians speaking Turkic languages have met at Istanbul during a 3-day conference on 20-23 October 2023 and along with many other things they have discussed education programs in their country.  The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) has embarked on an exciting new initiative in collaboration with the PhilWiki Community and the Bikol Wikipedia Community. The roots of this partnership can be traced back to 2012, with conferences and training sessions involving CBSUA faculty and students beginning in 2017. Notable Wikipedians from CBSUA, including Leah Banastao-Sumalinog, Zyra Hila, Marvin Molin, Elbert Baeta, Jenly Balaquiao, and Jerome Hipolito, have actively contributed to these engagements. Read more…  The Edu Wiki camp was held at the Radulovacki Ecological Center in Sremski Karlovci in Serbia in July 2023. The participants of the camp had the opportunity to learn about the programs and projects of Wikimedia Serbia, but also to improve their skills, which will help them in further volunteer engagement in Wikimedia Serbia. This year, the camp gathered 17 students from different parts of Serbia. Read more…  As a collaboration between Wikipedian Editor Project and the acoustics workshop in Arabic Wikipedia, We managed to record the vocal pronunciations of 400 words found in the List of English words of Arabic origin and Arabic language influence on the Spanish language.
