Half-participation because our primary target group was (internationally) excluded from participation soon after beginning (because of abused on other language projects). Esperanto Wikipedia, Commons Provision of international prizes.
American Month	canceled			The Annual plan called for 1 article-writing contest at the end of the year. The elected contest was the Asian month. We have considered and started planning also for the American Month but canceled it in order to focus on organisational development.

Wikimedia Summit	canceled	KuboF Hromoslav	We have elected KuboF Hromoslav to attend the Wikimedia Summit as our representative. The Summit was canceled because of COVID-19 restrictions.
Wikimania	canceled, preparatory work done		We have provided consultations for scholarship applications for interested Esperanto speaking wikimedians. An, already traditional, Esperanto meet-up was intended. Wikimania was canceled because of COVID-19 restrictions.
Wikimedia CEE Meeting Online	2–4 October	KuboF Hromoslav possibly someone else	Wikimedia CEE Meeting Online as an physical meetings was canceled because of COVID-19 restrictions. The meeting was transformed to an online event with zero participation fee. ELiSo invited Esperanto speaking Wikimedians to participate.
Esperanto Wikidata Conference	canceled		We have planned to organize a virtual Esperanto version of a Wikidata Conference. Later we have canceled it because of busyness of activists.
IberoConf	canceled		As IberoConf is intended for geographically focused affiliations, we (as a thematic focused affiliation) can not participate by principle. As the Conference was canceled because of COVID-19 pandemic, we haven't done the planned contact with Esperanto speaking participants. In 2020 we have set up basics of the technical infrastructure to help us search and stay in contact with Esperanto speaking African wikimedians.
WikiIndaba	canceled		As of 2020, we do not have strong connections with Esperanto speaking wikimedians in Africa. WikiIndaba was meant as part of our outreach to them and as a context to search new ones. In 2020 we have set up basics of the technical infrastructure to help us search and stay in contact with Esperanto speaking African wikimedians.
Wikimedia Northern Europe Meeting	canceled		As of 2020, we do not have strong connections with Esperanto speaking wikimedians in Northern Europe. In 2020 we have set up basics of the technical infrastructure to help us search and stay in contact with Esperanto speaking Northern Europe wikimedians.

Organisation development

Registration for a European organisation ID	May		KuboF Hromoslav	It is mandatory in order to participate in projects funded by Erasmus+ programe of the European Commission. We have applied for several such project in 2020 and plan to apply also in the future.

Membership application form and management	May		KuboF Hromoslav	In late 2019 we was formally incorporated. As so, we have transitioned from open on-wiki membership to formal membership.
First General Assembly	May 16th	Worldwide	KuboF Hromoslav Remux Sahaquiel9102	Approval of Bylaw, elections of the Board and the Audit Committee, approval of Annual report 2019 and Annual plan 2020. The Assembly was fully virtual to enable a world-wide participation, as planned even before the COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Time tracker	September		KuboF Hromoslav Robin van der Vliet	Providing time tracker software (Kimai) for our activists in order to have better overview of used time for future improvements.
YouTube channel	since September		KuboF Hromoslav	We have had our YouTube channel for years, but it was inactive. In 2020 we have started to create and present our videos on it.
On the way of recognition as a Wikimedia Thematic Organisation	Thru the year		KuboF Hromoslav Lubomir999 Trio Blahma	We have applied for the recognition in late 2019. In 2020 we have mostly approved our Bylaw, translated it to English and provided to Affiliations Committee.
Second General Assembly	November 28th	Worldwide	KuboF Hromoslav Remux Sahaquiel9102	Approval of Annual budget 2020, Annual plan 2021 and Annual budget 2021.
Opening of bank accounts	December		KuboF Hromoslav	This is especially important, because in the past we had difficulties working with fiscal sponsorships for WMF grants. That have prevented us from asking for grants more often. Opening was bit complicated from administrative point of view because of delays from the national registrant of civic associations, and also becuase the preferred bank is not friendly for documents from virtual General Assemblies, and general COVID-19 travel restrictions. Both bank accounts are transparent.
Registration for a national fundraising campaign	December		KuboF Hromoslav Sahaquiel9102	The campaign is a nation-wide, national government organised for non-profits based in Slovakia. ELiSo participate to increase our financial sustainability and to use a non-WMF revenue source (in accordance with Wikimedia Strategy 2030 recommendation). We have asked and received a grant from the World Esperanto Youth Organization (TEJO) for a registration and a grant from WMF for executing the campaign itself.
Community Capacity Map	postponed to 2021			We have planned to translate the page to Esperanto, map our organisation and facilitate mapping of Esperanto Wikimedia projects.
Graphical identity	postponed to 2021			We plan to change our name with a recognition as a Thematic Organisation. Graphical identity depends on the name. As the recognition haven't happened in 2021, we have postponed creation of the graphical identity for time we are recognized as a Thematic Organisation.
Membership in other organisations	postponed to 2021			We have considered to ask to be an associative member of the UEA - Universal Esperanto Association and TEJO - World Esperanto Youth Organization. Because of busyness we have postponed it to 2021.
Partnerships	postponed			We are working with several organisations, but mostly in non-formal relationship. We have planned to formalize our relationships. Because of busyness we have postponed it.
Technical infrastructure development	thru the year		KuboF Hromoslav Mutichou Robin van der Vliet	All technical infrastructure proposed for development in 2020 is working (see above in this section). Some parts was proposed for further development, what is now planned for 2021.
