Introduction / summary
editIn this call Connor Benedict presented the intermediate results of the community survey for the upcoming GLAM wiki conference proposed to be held in Lisbon Q4/2024. Mike Dickison made a presentation of the West Coast Wikisource project that digitizes and transcribes rare local books to be included in the library systems. Sandra Fauconnier requested feedback on the experiences about the calls in the meeting memo and announced a further meeting on January 28 (8.00 UTC and 13.30 UTC) to focus on gathering feedback on the calls. Susanna Ånäs restarted the GLAM page revamp process by proposing a date/time for the first meeting. The suggested time is January 22, at 6:00 UTC and 13:00 for 1,5 hour working sessions. Giovanna Fontenelle reminded about the upcoming calls to discuss GLAM and Commons developments.

In addition to a situation check regarding the GLAM pages revamp, I am proposing we collaboratively maintain a calendar of GLAM-related events. We could use the existing GLAM calls calendar. We should also consider the existing Diff calendar as well as the calendar that is part of This Month in GLAM.
