Event:WMA Introduction to Wikifunctions

Overview

Imagine a platform where anyone can contribute "recipes" (functions) in any language, telling computers to translate, calculate, or organize information. This breaks language barriers, democratizes knowledge creation, and boosts efficiency by reusing code. In its early days, wikifunctions holds the potential to revolutionize how we share knowledge across the world, making it more accessible and collaborative than ever before.

At Wiki Mentor Africa, we will be taking advantage of this project's flexibility to contribute (Translate) in our diverse languages.

Event Details

The event will run from the second to the third of March 2024. It will be a virtual event. Zoom is the platform to be used for the event.

Day 1: Understanding Wikifunctions
