- Submit Your Photos: Visit Wiki Loves Monuments Nigeria's submission portal on Wikimedia Commons and upload your images between September 1st and 30th.
- Description: It is very important to provide a description for your photos while uploading them, as it provides context and helps users understand the significance of the photo. In the case of a registered monument, write down what you photographed. Record the site's name, the monument ID, description, and date of photo.
- Originality: All images submitted must be the original work of the person uploading them. Images downloaded from the Internet or copyright images are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

NOTE: Monuments eligible for submission include any recognized and unrecognized historic sites in Nigeria. This can be buildings, statues, landscapes, or cultural landmarks that have historical, architectural, or cultural significance.
