"Chapters do not have to always be the same as editing community. They can have differences that can help fulfilling working. From present environment, I proposed a principle for chapters in Thailand as 3Hs. 1. Happy and fun for individual volunteers - motivation for people 2. Healthy and creative for the free knowledge movement - monetary support for infrastucture and activities 3. Harmony is empowering editing communities - material changes for a better society Nowadays, we are lacking these 3Hs greatly both in Thailand and around the world, weakening us. If these can be fulfilled, the community will increase in strength and valuable social changes would be constructed." "Chapter ไม่จำเป็นต้องเหมือนกับ editing community (ชุมชนผู้แก้ไข) เสมอไป สามารถมีส่วนที่แตกต่างกันที่ช่วยเติมเต็มการทำงานได้ จากสภาพปัจจุบันขอเสนอหลักปฏิบัติของ chapter ในไทยดังต่อไปนี้ 3H หรือ 3ส 1. สุขสันต์ (Happy) - และความสนุกสำหรับอาสาสมัครแต่ละบุคคล เป็นแรงผลักดันให้กับชุมชุน 2. สร้างสรรค์ (Healthy) - และมีสภาวะที่ดีเพื่อองค์ความรู้สำหรับทุกคน สนับสนุนทางการเงินสำหรับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการจัดกิจกรรม 3. สามัคคี (Harmony) - ทำให้ชุมชนผู้แก้ไขแข็งแกร่งขึ้น การเปลี่ยนแปลงเนื้อหาเพื่อสังคมที่ดีขึ้น ปัจจุบันเรายังขาด 3ส นี้อย่างมาก ทั้งในไทยและทั่วโลก ทำให้เราอ่อนแอลง ถ้าเติมเต็มกลับเข้ามาได้จะทำให้ชุมชนเข้มแข็งและสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลที่มีคุณค่าต่อสังคมได้" เขียนโดย TWL |
