DescriptionNovember edition of Knowledge Circle.png
English: The idea for this Knowledge Circle session came from a shared challenge many Wikimedia communities face. While organizing campaigns and edit-a-thons is a big part of what we do, we’ve realized that evaluating these activities and telling the stories behind them can sometimes be overlooked. Without strong documentation and storytelling, the full impact of our work—on our communities, contributors, and the knowledge we create—can get lost.
This session, with the theme "Community Engagement and Campaign Evaluation Techniques for Effective Documentation," is about addressing that gap. It’s an opportunity for us to come together, share experiences, and learn how to better evaluate what we’re doing, refine our approaches, and tell the stories that inspire others to join us.
We believe that by improving how we document and share our campaigns and edit-a-thons, we can not only showcase our impact but also help build a stronger, more connected Wikimedia community. This call is for anyone passionate about making their work count and creating meaningful change.
