Organize a call

Thank you for volunteering to organize a GLAM call! Calls are arranged at two alternating times once a month.

Join the Telegram group

Join the GLAM call organizers' Telegram group to introduce yourself and discuss the time and topics of your preferred call.

Book your preferred call

Sign up as organizer in the PLANNING document. Choose a vacant time in your timezone and add the title/topic of your call and your contact information.

Create a new event in the Global GLAM calls page

Add the following empty template in the "Sign up!" section inside the div tag. After creating it, fill in all necessary information in Visual editing mode, using the form.

Create the page for the call

After you have added all necessary information to the template, save the page. Now you can click on the new call element. The link takes you to a new page that is prefilled with all the basic information you added in the template. You can save the new page and continue editing it is Visual editing mode.
