We planned on having 20 total participants, and we have over 40 participants. We've spent $870 on food and have 2 events to go.

PR Materials - from $500 - 900

Rationale

We have twice as many participants as planned. In addition to typical office supplies (like post-it notes, paper, and markers), we also planned to print t-shirts with our group logo and name to raise awareness about our project. We simply need more supplies and tees than planned.
