- Optimizations for big wikis

edit- Display the overall ranking of users for each year and each month
- Multi-language support and English translation improvements
- Allow to use a list of users contained in a wiki page instead of a category (example)
- Page views for recent hours
- Added last 48 hours stats for wiki with less than 10000 edits on last 24 hours.
- Added link to yearly stats when available (small wikis or small years on big wikis)
- Global bots table
