What is the problem you're trying to solve?

Encourage more women editors.

What is your solution?

Find places where women are already leading and run advertisements about famous women from Wikipedia articles. Close by encouraging women to join in the editing, and encourage other women to do so as well.

For example, some organizations/publications/conferences might include- Association for Women in Science, the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), Distinguished Young Women, National Federation of Republican Women, National Federation of Democratic Women, National Organization of Libertarian Women, Girl Scouts, ForbesWoman, BRAVA Magazine, Inc Women's Summit, Women's College Coalition, Today's Christian Woman, Diversity Woman, WomenArts, PEO International, various women's leadership institutes, and women's sections of popular traditional and electronic newspapers.

Goals

Make Wikipedia more visible to women leaders to encourage them to participate, and to encourage those they interact with to participate in Wikipedia.
