Project idea
editWhat is the problem you're trying to solve?
editWell, it is writing a proposal of how to handle harassment in wikipedia.
What is your solution?
editMy proposal would be to create more academic authority over any user, so it can be more protected. I think, if a user can present a degree of authority based on experience and the quality of their contribution, it can play a protective atmosphere in front to any abuser.
