Less power to the frustrated people

Wikipedia, especially in Italy, is mainly moderated by fantastic and competent people. Anyway, a minority of the moderators are people who (maybe because of previous frustration in professional and personal life) approach in a quite aggressive way whoever contributes to the encyclopedia in a way they don`t approve; thus, hiding behind their nicknames, wrongly interpreting rules, they delete contributions and, what`s even worst, they attack other normal contributors misusing the tools they have (suspending, claiming of vandalism, etc...).

This way, wikipedia Italy`s reputation might be compromised, since this behavior of such a damaging minority of moderators impacts on the quality of the encyclopedia`s entries.

A peer review of italians by other italian wikipedia moderators or, even better, by italian-speaking contributors from other countries is urgently necessary.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?
