Type your name after participants=

It looks a little something like this:

Use an asterisk * to make a bullet, then type, [[User:Yourusername|Yourname]]

That's it! You can click "Show preview" below the edit window to see your name in the gray box after participants.
Once you're happy with it, click "Save page."

Note:

Words between "<!--" and "-->" in the edit window will not show up on your saved introduction.
