How will you communicate with new readers? Will you be communicating with them online, in-person, or both?
editOnle (facebook) personally, and in their schools etc
Describe your idea to engage new readers. How might it be implemented? What will you tell people about Wikipedia?
editThink about the steps that might involved to make this idea happen, and what you might teach people about your experience or others' experiences using Wikipedia.
Introducing Wikipedia as the most broader source of information. Explained its importance for Education and Knowledge Management - Conduct different online or in-site activities to familiarize Wikipedia - Educate adults (parents, teachers to help children to use it) - Conduct workshops, meetings, discussions with children.
How will you know if this project is successful? What are some outcomes that you can share after the project is completed?
editIf you’re not certain about how to respond to this question when starting your idea, you do not need to answer it right now. Campaign participants and Wikimedia Foundation staff can help you consider some options.
It will not have faster impact, but it will be effective to the extent that introduce Wikipedia in a more constructive manner, and aware the people on the value of it. To certain extent, students who learn in higher education will be able to use it. (It needs a lot of energy to change their internet-behavior - Sri Lanka is the top country in the world known for porn-watching on internet). So, the parents and Education sector is the main focus in this effort.
Do you think you can implement this idea? What support do you need?
editDo you need people with specific skills or resources to complete this idea? Are there any financial needs for this project? Do you need advising from Wikimedia Foundation staff?
Already, I have the sufficient resources in terms of human resources (volunteers), access to education sector, and capacity to handle a serious of activities in practical settings (discussions, interviews, run basic awareness campaigns etc. It further needs to find basic administrative. Already I run such work through a non-profit.
