I´m working in a not formal paraguayan project whit other volunteers

Participating as: I would like to share

Preferred times: Accompanying a person or a group for a certain period of time (mentoring), Participate in an e-learning clinic sharing my case (2h plus workshops with 15-20 people) ()

Can dedicate: In interpersonal skills, community health and governance I chose the category of "Diversity and accountability in governance functions" because I have work experience in developing clear processes to recruit, appoint and eliminate functions according to diversity, in areas of inclusion of people with disabilities but also towards the removal of gender, ethnic and racial barriers. I think that by acquiring a little more technical knowledge of the wiki ecosystem I will be able to collaborate in that sense, to monitor the community's satisfaction with the volunteers in governance functions.
