Stories about sharing

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.
1. Identifying topics of impact: I have coordinated Wikimedia related edit a-thons by identifying topics of impact based on the need and importance. Some of them are *Wiki Loves Democracy Edit a-thon , and Yoruba Wiki Loves Christmas*. I used both campaign to generate lots of articles for Yoruba Wikipedia.
2. Advocacy: Before 2020, the Yoruba Wikipedia was not know in Nigeria until we started the Wiki Advocacy plans and programs which has given us lots of recognitions both on/offline and had sprung partnerships for the community.
3.Small editing events: I have a solid knowledge of organizing editing events and that is one of the strategies we have adopted to move our local wiki away from bot written encyclopedia to human written wiki.
