More to learn

edit

Further details about what I would like to learn.

Staffing / Team management: i wanna lear about opportunities for team development, change management, staffing practices, team-building skills, recruitment, staff development, and evaluation, policies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. Identifying & approaching prospective partners. Currently Wikimedia Colombia has established communication and relationships with more than 50 allies. We want to learn how to leverage these relationships. Methods and tools for qualitative evaluation. In general, we want to learn about evaluation, monitoring and measurement methods both quantitatively and qualitatively. Both internally and externally.

Stories about sharing

edit

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

I can share the planning experience and how we have built the annual plans at Wikimedia Colombia. Additionally I can share the implementation strategies and how we have institutionalized Wikimedia Colombia. You could also share the strategies we use to organize activities, mainly editathons and local campaigns within the framework of global campaigns. I would also like to share experiences and expertise in engaging diverse communities in the movement. From the first activities such as outreach, communication and already activities.
