Further details about what I would like to learn. I aspire to enhance my skill set through various learning methods. My preferred ways of learning include mentorship, clinic participation, formal training, 1:1 online meetings, and resource sharing via emails/platforms.

In terms of organizational skills, I am interested in building my organization's plan and strategy, proposal writing for funding, financial planning and management, and leadership growth and sustainability.

Within the realm of learning, evaluation, and communications skills, my focus includes defining my learning and evaluation plans, employing methods and tools for qualitative evaluation, utilizing Wikimedia tools for quantitative metrics, and documenting knowledge in ways that are easy to communicate with others.

Interpersonal skills are also a priority for me, involving the cultivation of team and volunteer management skills, creating inclusive and safe environments online and offline, managing conflicts through processes and tools, and promoting healthy interactions on Wiki.

Programmatic and tactical skills are sought after, covering volunteer management and development, effective newcomer training, implementation of common tactics in culture, heritage, and GLAM, and exploring innovations in culture and heritage.

Wiki tech skills form another facet, encompassing my use of Wikisource, basic Wikidata, setting up Wikimedia projects in new languages, and employing Wikimedia tools such as PAWS, Quarry, and WDQS for running queries and scripts.

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share. I once organized a small editing event where participants collaborated on enhancing Wikipedia articles related to local history. The engaging stories and insights that emerged during this campaign not only improved the content but also fostered a sense of community involvement.

In another instance, when sharing my expertise in setting up templates for Wikimedia projects, particularly main pages and infoboxes, I witnessed how these structures significantly streamlined content creation and navigation. It was rewarding to see contributors embrace these tools for more organized and visually appealing project pages.

During a medium-sized editing event, I facilitated a campaign focused on cultural heritage. Participants delved into enriching articles related to heritage sites, and the diversity of stories uncovered showcased the global impact of collaborative editing efforts.

Lastly, when sharing skills in list building for edit contests and campaigns, I experienced the power of a well-curated list. The curated topics sparked enthusiasm among contributors, resulting in a dynamic range of edits that contributed to the richness and depth of content.
