Notre projet, intitulé provisoirement "WikiMadagascar : Trésors du savoir", vise à enrichir la représentation de Madagascar sur Wikimedia et ses projets frères. L’objectif est de combler les lacunes d’informations sur le pays en s’appuyant sur des approches collaboratives et des campagnes stratégiques.

Nos programmes et approches : Participation active aux campagnes Wikimedia : Nous nous inscrivons dans les campagnes thématiques existantes (ex. Wiki Loves Africa, Wiki Loves Earth, Mois de la contribution francophone) pour contribuer de manière structurée et ciblée. Un calendrier annuel défini : Cette première année, nous suivrons un cadre précis tout en restant flexibles pour intégrer les tendances et besoins émergents de la communauté. Une répartition régionale des objectifs : Chaque région impliquée se fixe des buts spécifiques pour assurer une couverture équilibrée du contenu sur Madagascar. Des événements spécifiques à notre contexte : Nous organiserons des initiatives locales autour du folklore malgache et des langues maternelles pour documenter et préserver ces patrimoines culturels uniques. Défis et stratégies : Le principal défi est le manque de contenu de qualité sur Madagascar et l’implication durable des contributeurs. Nos stratégies incluent :

Encadrer la participation grâce aux campagnes et objectifs communs pour structurer nos efforts. Renforcer la formation et l’accompagnement des nouveaux contributeurs pour assurer une implication à long terme. Créer des événements engageants et adaptés à notre culture pour susciter l’intérêt et la motivation des participants.
