nos jours, malgré tant d’initiatives menées par plusieurs projets au sein du mouvement Wikimedia, il existe toujoursJusqu’à un écart suffisant entre les biographies des hommes et des femmes sur Wikipédia, On y trouve que deux biographies des femmes sur 10 des hommes. En organisant cet évènement A+F, nous essaierons de recruter les nouveaux contributeurs,les former et les interpeller sur la question de gender gap sur Wikipédia et la nécessité de combler ce fossé.

Voici quelques activités prévues dans le cadre de ce projet : Les activités seront organisées dans trois villes différentes et dans chaque ville, nous prévoyons organisé, en collaboration avec le club U-report fille RDC une initiative de benevoles de l'UNICEF :
.Un jour de préparation des activités à mener ainsi que de la documentation sur les articles à créer ou à améliorer et/ou à traduire sur Wikipédia (Lingala et swahili), Wikidata ;
.Une journée de conférence pour présenter le projet et sensibilisé sur la question du genre et amener les participant-e-s à s'engager dans cette lutte ;
.Deux jours de formations sur Wikipédia et Wikidata dans chaque ville ;
.Une journée entière dédiée à la création ou amélioration et/ou traduction des articles sur Wikipédia et Wikidata
.Un sondage de poste activité pour recueillir les feedbacks de la part de participant-e-s ;

Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous allons travailler en partenariat avec le club U-report fille de 6 villes . Voici comment les rôles sont repartis :
.Moi-même Lydie Malikidogo (user : Lydie maliki) : Coordinatrice du projet (Contacter les partenaires, gérer le budget et l’ensemble du projet du début à la fin) ;
.le club U-report fille va nous donner 6 formateurs (1 par ville) qui vont assurer la formation et préparer les listes des articles à créer e/ou à traduire, guider les sessions d’édit-à-thon ;
.Le club U-report fille : Va nous fournir les participantes qui vont participer à la conférence ainsi qu’à la session de formation et d’édit-à-thon ; La formation sera assurée par moi ainsi que quelques Wikimédiens expérimentés du pays.

Nous prévoyons invités un grand public lors des conférences, composé des membres du club u-report fille,les associations féministes, ainsi que quelques étudiants et étudiantes Quelques femmes ayant participé à la conférence seront sélectionnées pour participer aux ateliers de formation et de contribution, nous allons inviter plus des femmes (70%) afin de combler aussi le fossé au niveau de contributeurs. Nous allons recruter nos participants sur les associations de femmes , U-Report filles, ainsi que les étudiant-e-s des universités partenaires.
