In Ghana the wildlife society has a lot of data about wildlife and bioderversity but these information and resources can't be found on wikipedia and it's associated project. so as part of our engagement we are looking at collecting important data about biodiversity and species and make them available on wikispecies and wikipedia as well.

To achieve this as volunteers with the wildlife Ghana society we are looking forward to training and engaging of the soceity to acquire the necessary skills that will enable them contribute to wikipedia, wikimedia commons and wikidata

For our activities we are looking at training and engaging volunteers in our first session, then later we follow it by series of editathon which will give the community members the opportunity to contribute and engage with various wiki project related to wildlife and bioderversity.

Wildlife community volunteers had a discussion on why Ghanaian species can not be found on wikipedia and other proects, we sat down to draft a project that will enable us contribute on wiki with me leading them as an experiece editor
