- 1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.
There are lots of festivals that take place in the Ghanaian community but few of them have been found on the sum of all human knowledge and its sister projects. What this project seeks to do is have a photowalk where we will capture various festive activities in Ghana.
Festivals in Ghana are occasions which is celebrated by different ethnic groups in Ghana on monthly bases. So with a group of volunteers, we have decided to capture some sensational activities related to selected festivals i Ghana.

The strategy will be adding more images about festivals in the Ghanaian space and looking forward to improve articles by integrating these images in their related articles or creating articles for non existing articles on festival. Recruiting and training new editors through the various upload sessions.
- 3. What are the activities you will be developing and delivering as part of these approaches or strategies?
Our activity would involve a workshop about the events and how to participate in the photowalks to gather random pictures offline and online, there would be an upload sessions training sessions.
Our activities related to festivals in Ghana would start from Accra and finally end the engagement in Takoradi where we would be having our last photo walk.
In Accra we would have two (3) photo and in Takoradi we will have one (1) photowalk

Our work around the festivals in Ghana is going to close the gap related to festivals. The reason why we are undertaking this roject is to ensure that we have most of the festivals available on wikipedia
