- 1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.
With My project " PITCH TON PROJET ", I would like to help the girls and women in my country Haiti to developp their leadership skills and to realize their business idea.
The situation of the girls and women in my country is very critical, then I'd like to bring my support to these vulnerable people. I intend to reach out to about 1 500 people with my project. I will have the opportunity to impact my community and to bring hope to the girls and women.

The main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes are to train the girls and the women to become leaders, and to support them by creating their own business.

The activity that I'll be developing and delivering as part of these approaches or strategies is a Competition of Pitch. Let me give you an idea about my Action Plan :

Gender gap : In my country the women face a lot of problems to find work, to provide for their needs. Then my projects will help them change their bad situation.
Socioeconomic Status : The men have more opportunity socioeconomically, it's why I want to empower the girls and women to find opportunities too.
Cultural Background : The situation of the girls and women are very critical because the problem is firstly cultural.
