1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

This project is aimed at creating articles needed from redlinks identified in different articles on Hausa Wikipedia.

2. Describe your main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes and why you think they will be effective.

I have organized Wikipedia awareness in Zaria before and registered a number of newbies. This project will engage these newbies in a editathon that will inspire them to keep contributing to Wikipedia. A list of articles in redlink will be drawn and created or translated if available in English Wikipedia.
