Your draft implementation plan document should address the following questions clearly:

• What movement strategy initiative or goal are you addressing?
• What activities will you be doing to address that initiative?
• What do you expect will happen as a result of your activities? How do those outcomes address the movement strategy initiative?
• How will you measure or evaluate your activities? What tools or methods will you use to evaluate your activities?

To create a draft implementation plan, we recommend the use of a logic model, which will help you and your team think about goals, activities, outcomes, and other factors in an organized way. Please refer the following resources to develop a logic model:

• This included translating several key pages into Urdu and disseminating them amongst community members. We then held a series of one-on-one and multi-person offline meetings in New Delhi and Deoband, followed by online discussions. A detailed list of meetings and translations completed is provided below.

Meetings

The main part of the Ambassador program is to have conversations with our community and have their voices heard. The rough outline of conversations is stated below:

• 11 October 2023: MC Ambassadors Intro meet.
• 14 October 2023 : Intro Meet with DCW and Indic-Urdu members in Delhi.
• 25 October 2023: Feedback discussion with DCW and Indic-Urdu members in Delhi.
• 2 November 2023: MCDC's November drop-in session.
• 3 November 2023: Meet with Indic-Urdu Communiy members in Deoband.
• 8 November 2023: Movement Charter Ambassadors meeting.
• 11 November 2023: Final Group Discussion - Deoband Community Wikimedia.
• 12 November 2023: One on One meet with Indic-Urdu editor in Deoband.
