• What worked well?

Providing internet subscription for participants encouraged participants to always look forward to each event. And this helped to join the trainings and also contribute.

• What did not work so well?

Internet connection was very in each event because participants were joining the zoom events with their mobile phones with most of the phone on 3G thereby losing connectivity every now and then.

• What would you do differently next time?

I will opt for physical training where possible.
