Yes, we've managed to achieve our priority goals. Maatribhaasha Sampadanthan (Mother Language Edit-a-thon) depends on creating articles about languages, linguistic and cultural diversity on Maithili and Nepali Wikipedia as well as to promote multilingualism. Considering our both the community (Maithili and Nepali Wikipedia) this event was a great success for us. We are expecting more editors to engage on this Edit-a-thon but due to the short duration of time we've only managed to reach our goals.

The competition was organized from February 21, 2018 to February 23, 2018. The main aim of the competition is to create articles about languages, linguistic and cultural diversity on Maithili Wikipedia as well as to promote multilingualism. The competition is solely online and organized for the first time on Maithili Wikipedia. |

— Coordination with Wikipedians and interests of the participants make this event successful. — Super active editors crated good numbers of articles.
- What did not work so well?
— Sending gifts to individual participants makes bit difficult in time.
- What would you do differently next time?
— Will try to involve local and national media to spread news about the contest and try to make a list of articles which is going to be created in the contest.
