Goals
editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
Yes, we met them and overall happy with how it went in general.
Outcome
editPlease report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.
Target outcome | Achieved outcome | Explanation |
30 participants | 24 participants | we were able to achieve 80% of the target, at the launch of the project, 30 people joined, unfortunately they were not able to fully participate. |
Number of photos used on Wikipedia pages: 500 | 1,923 pages were edited and added photos on them. | We have achieved this by 384%. |
Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
-->Using Kinyarwanda Wikipedia in a language that all Rwandans speak, made it easy and explosive contributions. -->As it was a 2nd edition, participants highly contributed compared to the 1st one.
- What did not work so well?
-->Again the tracking tool really lags and getting real time contributions is still a challenge.
- What would you do differently next time?
-->I would keep this year's format but probably narrow it to focus on a certain theme.

It would be great to improve the tracking tool to also track the reversed images to reduce the time waste while checking the already deleted images.
